We understand Same Day/Next Day video is not for every event. We still hold a standard of two weeks or less.

Highlights On Demand

-How it works-

We start by capturing event setup, registration and any other special activations you have for the event.

All of this is put together and approved the night before kick off, ready to present on the big screens.

This video came together within 24 hours. I received a change order to produce content for the attendees. Combining footage from event setup, registration, welcome party and the CEO practicing, I was able to generate a little sizzle reel to get the audience stoked for Day 1.

Morning of day one (Or even the day before), we spend 30-60 minutes capturing “Man-on-the-street” style content.

All the events of day one are packaged into another “Hype Video” to kick off day two.

This not only serves as a highlight reel, but showcase the attendees enjoying activations and breakouts. We’ve had some amazing Kudos passed our way.

Depending on scope, event structure and how much we are able to capture during the on the street interviews, we will have another to show middle of day two.

For this event, day two ended with an awards dinner and we combined highlights with some final on the street footage.

Some events have a day three and we simply run it back. Highlights from the entire event put together for a final day kick off.

This has been a unique way to cover events. Highlights give guests a chance to feel special while the on the street interviews provide that mid day second wind.

Not often, but we also do weddings

Excited to share this, being my first every wedding film. Ray and Cheri are friends I met through CrossFit. They were willing to give me a shot (Pun intended) and allow me to cover there amazing day. Some awesome moments and I could not have asked for a better first time!
